This distinguishes Korman as an Authorized Service Center for Rolex, allowing us to service the majority of modern and classic models in-house at an extremely high level.

Included in each complete service is a two year, international warranty honored at any Authorized Service Center in the World. We welcome you to come in and speak with us about servicing your fine timepiece.

Our watchmakers workshop is fully outfitted with the most modern watchmaking equipment available in an effort to meet or exceed the leading brands’ recommendations. This tooling and equipment is vital to ensuring that your watch is serviced and repaired to the highest possible standards. Korman watch repair services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Basic service (ultrasonic cleaning of case/bracelet, all new gaskets, and pressure testing)

Trey Gebhardt, WOSTEP

Trey is a graduate of the prestigious North American Institute of Swiss Watchmaking where he received the highly respected WOSTEP (Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Education Program) Certification.He successfully completed an intense two year, 3,000 hour WOSTEP course in 2015 which resulted in the industry respected certificate. WOSTEP is an independent and neutral institution that is recognized as an exemplary training center in the field of Watchmaking. Trey brings his knowledge & expertise to our team where he can pair this world-class training and education along with his passion for watchmaking, providing quality service every day for each of our customers.
 

Rafael Garcia, Rolex Level 30 Certified

A proud Texan, Rafa has been an Austinite since 1997. He is a graduate of the Watchmaker Education Program at Paris Junior College and is a Rolex certified watchmaker. With a fascination for all things mechanical, he appreciates working on every watch that comes across his bench and strives to enhance the Korman experience through his efficiency and expertise. Outside of servicing watches, Rafa enjoys spending time with his family and riding his bicycle all over the Austin area.
